New Vibes, Same Favorites
First, let me take a moment to express how much your support means to me. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or recently discovered my products, your loyalty and kindness—especially during my recovery from open heart surgery—have been a constant source of encouragement. I truly appreciate you!
Since I’ve always been the curious type (you know, the "why is the sky blue?" kind of person), I thought I’d share what’s changing and why:
Designer Dupe Name Changes
To protect my small business from trademark infringement, I’m be changing the names of my designer-inspired dupes. These scents will still be searchable by the names they’re inspired by, so you’ll have no trouble finding your favorites. This change is simply to avoid stepping on the toes of major designers who are a little touchy about these things—even with small businesses like mine!
Price Adjustments
To keep up with rising costs and inflation, I’ve started the process of updating prices on my website. This is a gradual effort since I’m working on it in my spare time, so you may notice some changes rolling out over the next few weeks. I want to ensure that you’re aware of these adjustments so there are no surprises. Rest assured, my commitment to quality and care remains unwavering.
And just so you know, after taking a long, hard look at my bookkeeping (which felt like staring into the abyss of my own financial misadventures), I realized I’ve been running at a bit of a loss or just breaking even on many of the products. So, here we are—price changes are necessary to keep things running smoothly! Thank you for your understanding as I make these updates—I don’t take this decision lightly or without careful thought. This isn’t about getting rich; it’s simply about keeping my business sustainable and able to continue bringing you the products you love.
Your support makes it possible for me to continue doing what I love, and I can’t thank you enough for being part of this journey. If you have any questions, concerns, or just want to chat, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
