Feel like this product was not a full jar and it was made in layers!! Def not happy with the product

We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Our whipped body butter is aesthetically piped into larger jars to enhance its visual appeal. Even though the label mentions 4.5 ounces, we've chosen to fill an 8 oz jar to make sure there is enough room to pipe the butter in and achieve the look we want. We often give you a more generous amount by weight if there is extra product or room in the jar as each scent behaves differently when whipped into the butter. It's important to note that our body butter is sold by weight, not by the jar size. We believe in being transparent with our labeling to ensure your satisfaction, and we appreciate your feedback as we strive to improve.
